  Responsibilities

  The Assistant Vice President of Net Revenue will oversee the analysis, development and implementation of financial and administrative services for designated areas of hospital responsibility.

  Direct hospital financial and regulatory reporting processes that include:

  Financial statement preparation

  Audit coordination

  Membership billing

  Preparation and filing of reports with external agencies

  Responsible for the development and maintenance of hospital accounting systems:

  Including internal control systems and financial practices for reporting entities.

  Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operational functions.

  Lead the associates and hospital practices involved in the accounting processes.

  Relationship building, understanding all functions within Ascension healthcare.

  Cost Analyst experience.

  AR Evaluation, knowledge of the Revenue Cycling Analytics (RCA) preferred.

  Technical and leadership skills with healthcare management experience preferred.

  Strong leadership skills required.

  Requirements

  Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  Accountant preferred.Education:

  Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or Related field.Experience:

  7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required in healthcare.

  5 years management experience.

  5 years reimbursement/AR valuation experience.

  CPA or MBA preferred.
