　　Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate a comprehensive system safety program for an Aviation/Weapons SystemConduct meetings with internal PMO Staff, matrix support personnel, and contractor personnel to determine the status of safety programs, budgets, costs, schedules, and accomplishments and takes appropriate action to correct deficiencies and/or improve program statusEvaluate contractor system safety and health hazard reports for technical competence, completeness and accuracy; then provide and advise the Government with recommended changes to contractor's documentation based on evaluationsLead, guide, and mentor the workforce in dealing with complex problems associated with system safetyLead System Safety Working Group and Safety IPTsEnsure compliance with the requirements of applicable safety regulations and industry standardsPrepare, review, and approve major reports and / or policies for internal and external distributionMust be willing and able to travel up to 25%[ Education and General Experience: ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
