Summary You will serve as a AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in the Maintenance Section of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of the maintenance section and ensure there is no deviation from the prescribed concepts and objectives. You will review vehicle repair expenditure limits and retirement factors, and evaluates performance and productivity. You will be responsible for work assignments, coordination of the units work effort, correct applications of regulations used and maintenance of GME (Garrison Mobile Equipment). You will inspect work in progress to ensure that it conforms to prescribed standards. You will resolve work problems such as delays, equipment breakdowns and material shortages.
