　　Largo Honda is seeking an experienced F&I candidate to join our team! We have an immediate opening for the right person who is a self-driven team player that can produce. Compensation packages can reach up to $200k+ plus benefits!

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Must be willing & understand need to engage customers early in the sales process

　　Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectables

　　Fully proficient with title laws and registration process

　　Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position

　　Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

　　Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals

　　Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale

　　Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers

　　Job Requirements:

　　2+ years Automotive Finance experience in a Dealership setting REQUIRED

　　CDK experience a huge plus!

　　Documentation of current and past performance

　　Bilingual a plus! Ability to speak Spanish a plus!

　　Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

　　Excellent customer service and communication skills

　　Outgoing personality with a positive attitude

　　Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
