　　Job Summary

　　We are seeking a growth minded Chef Manager for our growing business. In this role you will ensure the success of both the culinary and food operation.

　　This is a government contract with great perks. Including: A long running contract, and government discounts on all pharmacy and over the counter medication.

　　If you are:

　　Looking to cook at a manufacturing plant, and be around outstanding veterans, active military, and corporate folks.

　　Make home cooked meals; like mashed potatoes and steak.

　　A leader of managing high volume, and 15 employees while successfully completing financial duties.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving

　　Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and using local food products

　　Possesses an appetite for sustainability

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Must have an understanding of HACCP

　　Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control

　　Knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

　　Experience with exposition cooking needed

　　Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable

　　ServSafe certified is a plus
