Professional Detailer will perform a variety of duties related to the upkeep of new/used vehicles. This role will be responsible for operating and maneuvering vehicles safely.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED

Experience with high-end vehicles preferred

Take accurate notes on vehicle condition

Prior detailing and dealership experience a plus

Follow proper and explicit instructions

Excellent customer service skills are expected

Strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license and insurable

Drive manual and automatic transmissions

Team-oriented with a positive, friendly disposition

Ability to use hand tools and power washers

Productivity through time management

Willing to mentor detailing assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests

Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations

Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles

Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition

Move and park vehicles, deliver or pick up vehicles to correct locations if needed

Ensure cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of vehicles on the lot

Always ensure cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of the lot

Manage inventory and reorder supplies
