　　We are hiring an Automation System Engineer to join our Service Team based in Catania engaged to support the software of the Automation Transport System installed at our Customer's Giga Factory site.

　　Environment

　　Applied CLASS MCS 5 (MCS) is an industrial software managing transportation – Automated Materials Handling Systems (AMHS ).

　　The Service Team is composed by people managing the MCS software within the Industrial environment, and improving the implementation throughout the new factory startup.

　　Working in coordination with multiple teams – Remote infrastructure support, local AMHS vendor support, local customer team.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Software System Troubleshooting

　　Microsoft/Networking/Database/Applications (Analyze reported problems & Validate solutions -Provide troubleshooting plans to discover root cause - Deliver rapid resolution on systemic issues)

　　Support troubleshooting Redundant infrastructure Microsoft Windows & Oracle Database

　　Understand, research, and resolve internal and external application and systems issues of moderate difficulty.

　　Independently learn and investigate customer's high value problem (HVP), systematic bug or systematic software failures.

　　On call support

　　The support to the customer must be done 24x7 on call, coming to site within 2 hours of a reported issue.

　　On call support for nights, weekends and holidays
