　　Our client, a global leader in innovative packaging solutions, is looking for an Automation Specialist to join their growing team near Dixon MO! This role will be responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, and upgrading of automated equipment. The ideal candidate will have a certification or degree in Electrical Technology, Robotics or Automation. Previous experience in an Automation type role, along with experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, is preferred. However, there is a robust training program, so new graduates will be considered.

　　Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot PLC software applications and robotic applications (RSLogix 5000 and ABB)

　　Read and interpret equipment manuals to develop a controls narrative or adjust current equipment functionality

　　Modify existing applications as requested by operations to improve plant production and equipment reliability

　　Design and maintain electrical schematics using AutoCAD format for any equipment changes

　　Support multiple maintenance related projects
