JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description OUR TEAM: The Process Engineering teamis made up of 4 Process Engineers and 4 Automation Engineers with variedindustry experiences and lengths of service. Our team also includes 4Process/Automation Engineering Co-ops each year, with their termsoverlapping May through August. The Process Engineering team regularlycollaborates with other internal engineering disciplines such asmechanical, electrical, industrial, and packaging. YOUR ROLE: As aProcess Engineering Co-op, your role is to support day-to-dayoperations, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital projects.You will gain experience with design, procurement, commissioning,validation of equipment, troubleshooting, as well as collaborate with abroad array of teams within Promega. YOUR EXPERIENCE: We are looking fora dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills and ademonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams to achieve ourdepartment and company objectives. Experience in a regulated industry isa plus. A solid foundation in process engineering technical skills andproblems solving are important. Under the direction of an AutomationEngineer, this person will be able to obtain hands on work experience byproviding technical support to engineering as well as by assisting inthe development and commissioning of industrial automation systems.*This is a summer internship. Plan, develop, program,and implement methods of control and automation to improve operations,minimize operating costs, maximize efficiency and effect greaterutilization of labor and materials. 2.
