Position: AUTOMATION ENGINEER TEAM LEAD

Location: DES MOINES, IA - HYBRID

Salary: $130-160K PLUS AMAZING BONUS AND BENEFITS

Responsibilities:

Spearhead an Automation and Software Development Team focusing on industrial and embedded control systems.

Plan, execute, and oversee projects.

Develop talent, set goals, and provide training.

Design control systems and/or software for lab/industrial automation/mobile equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.

10+ years of experience with automation systems.

Proficiency with Automation systems

Expertise in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motion control, Vision, Safety controls.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.

10+ years of experience with automation systems.

Proficiency with Automation systems

Expertise in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motion control, Vision, Safety controls.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
