　　The Mechanical Design Engineering II is responsible for performing engineering activities to deliver custom and engineered or made to order solutions for customers. This role works closely with project team and senior engineers to ensure engineering solutions meet customer requirements, project schedule, and budget.

　　This position is part of Pall’s Global Process Engineering group Systems team and will be located in Pune, India in an onsite capacity, working 5 days in the office.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Generate designs which meets customer specifications and offers safe and reliable/robust design which is easy to manufacture/operate and maintain.

　　Work as part of a cross functional team designing and detailing products ensuring safety and functionality are met in accordance with the customer requirements and current legislation.

　　Candidate Experience and Qualification:

　　B.E/B.Tech (Mech) with 4-5 yrs of experience in Mechanical Design.

　　Good understanding of mechanical design principals relating to pressure vessels, hydraulic and process systems as per international standards

　　Good knowledge of major manufacturing processes including welding, machining, forming, molding/ casting and sealing mechanisms​.

　　Ability to multi-task​

　　Very good communication in English. Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi will be an added advantage

　　Good skills on MIcrosoft Office especially Powerpoint and Excel.

　　Certification on design tools will be an added advantage.

　　Good team worker and willingness to travel.

　　Minimum 2 years' experience in design of filtration and pressure vessels products or equivalent, will be an added advantage.

　　The salary range for this role is to 1,215,667 INR. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

　　This job is also eligible for bonus plan.
