This position will focus on assisting Internal Audit in achieving its mission and service to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB).   DESCRIPTION OF WORK

  This position will be responsible for performing auditing, consulting, and advisory professional journey-level work activities to assist Internal Audit in achieving its mission and service to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB). You will complete assignments to develop a working knowledge of PLCB functions and auditing techniques; traveling to worksites to interview staff and obtain evidence. You will also perform audit activities such as testing transactions, performing inventories, and examining records and documentation. Assignments will increase in difficulty and responsibility as knowledge and hands-on experience is gained.

  Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.Alternate Work Schedule available upon completion of probationary period.This position is home based but will require field travel in the five (5) county Philadelphia area (Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware).LCB store assignment is contingent upon the incumbent's residential location.Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.All communications regarding interviews will be conducted through the email address used on the application.   QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience as a Financial Programs Trainee; or

  Four years of accounting and/or auditing experience; and fifteen (15) college level credits in accounting; orAny equivalent combination of experience and/or training which includes fifteen (15) college level credits in accounting and auditing.
