As an Audit Manager you will: Perform audits, reviews,compilations, and agreed-upon-procedures for not-for-profit entities,and commercial entities Plan the engagement, perform fieldwork, preparefull disclosure financial statements and required reports for managementand regulating agencies, perform other non-audit accounting services,and prepare tax returns (if applicable) Travel to/from engagements,which includes some overnight travel when needed Respond to RFP\'sPrepare and review Form 990s Evaluate and provide staff with leadershipand career guidance Actively participate in community activities todevelop positive relationships with community leaders and membersPrepare workpapers and returns for tax clients Attend continuingprofessional education seminars Perform other duties as assigned Ourideal candidate will have: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or relatedfield, with CPA or CPA eligibility Six years of experience providingaccounting and financial services is preferred, exceptions can occurbased on work to be performed Exceptional communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong multi-tasking skillsAbility to work extended hours as necessary Ability to travel to localclient sites as needed (some overnight may be required) Enjoy the greatbenefits at Hawkins Ash CPAs such as generous PTO; 401k match; health,dental, vision, and life insurance; wellness programs; flexiblework-life balance; and so much more!
