Job Description

　　BAE Systems is looking for a dynamic Software Developer with some Systems Engineering skills to support our government customer onsite. This role will be working with a high paced team and will be responsible for the following: Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts for digital collection systems.

　　You will utilize agile development methodologies to develop new and update existing ELSUR collection systems and applications. Coupled with Software development you ll also develop tools/scripts to automate system setup, installation, maintenance, and status monitoring for ELSUR digital collection systems. In addition,support the testing, debugging, and refining of computer software to produce the required product for digital collection systems.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Must have six or more years of technical experience as a software developer or systems engineer and two or more years of experience developing software to support ELSUR collection systems. Requires competence in software development, using multiple programming languages, such as .NET, C, , C#, Java, Shell, Perl, Python, and PHP.

　　Must have, using open source software, the Windows operating system, and the Linux operating system. Requires competence in program development from inception to deployment to operational support of law enforcement systems. Builds ELSUR applications using JBoss and Wildfly, as well as C#/.NET application development on Windows and IIS. Requires experience in telecommunications protocols, including ISDN-PRI, and network protocols, including TCP/IP and HTTP, necessary to develop software and applications supporting ELSUR digital collection systems. Excellent communications and team skills are required.

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Experience with developing ELSUR digital collection systems or other law enforcement systems.

　　Bachelor s degree in computer science or engineering, with at least six years of work experience; or master s degree in computer science or engineering with four or more years of work experience.

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
