　　Kforce has a client that is seeking an Audio Operator in Boca Raton, FL.Responsibilities: Audio Operator will execute complete audio mixing for live and taped broadcasts, in the context of originally produced programs and public service announcements to meet the standards of the company brand and its loyal subscribers and viewers Collaboration with a production crew that produces regular, special, live, and taped shows related to various audiences deemed appropriate by the company's brand As an Audio Operator, you will troubleshoot audio issues by teaming up with Engineering QCs remote guest audio coming in via Skype, Zoom, BitFire, LiveU, or other means, determining on the fly whether a guest's Audio quality is suitable for air Follow policies and procedures in accordance with company's priorities Performs other duties as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Associate's degree in Audio, Broadcasting, or related field 2+ years of successful experience mixing audio and running a board in television news, studio-based programming, or similarly related professional media production and media presentation Experience using various audio equipment, including wireless mics, IFBs, AZ Edit, and Behringer products; Dante and Madi proficiency; ENPS or similar news production systems a plus Knowledge of current broadcast technologies appropriate to the position's job responsibilities Exhibit proven success in project planning, organizational skills, and development of a variety of media products (for both live and taped applications) Conducts oneself in the best interest of the company brand and in accordance with the highest standards of broadcast practices Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; Some physical activity required Flexibility in scheduling, weekends and evenings is required

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
