ON-SITE ATTORNEY ROLE IN WHITE PLAINS, NY

Our client, a small and highly successful Plaintiff Personal Injury practice, is seeking 2 NY Barred Attorneys on a Contract / Contract-to-Permanent basis. The successful candidates will be expected to handle cases related to Labor Law 240 and 241(6) and NYS Industrial Code. Must have 5+ years of legal experience.

Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research with a focus on labor and construction cases • Draft motions and other legal memoranda • Prepare for depositions • Negotiate settlements • Communicate with opposing counsel

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer. • Expertise in handling Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases. • Must be a NY Licensed Attorney in good standing. • Ability to work on-site in White Plains, NY. • Ability to start immediately.
