　　Litigation Attorney

　　Our client, a construction litigation firm in Denver, is searching for a 3+ years’ Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal defense team. Candidates interested in this possess should possess an active license to practice law in Colorado; should have the ability to take depositions, attend mediations and other legal proceedings as needed; should have the ability to conduct research, prepare various legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence; should be able to help advise clients with evaluating options towards a successful outcome and plan a course of action; and should have the ability to managed legal support staff in connection with completing client projects. Candidates with 3+ years of defense litigation (preferably construction defect) experience in Colorado is preferred. Our client does offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. 　　Proven knowledge of Preparing Pleadings

　　Deep understanding of Defending Depositions

　　General familiarity with case management

　　Comprehensive knowledge of construction defect
