Description

　　A well known firm in Silicon Valley is seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Trust & Estate Attorney to join their established and expanding practice. This role offers a dynamic work environment, challenging and rewarding projects, and the opportunity to learn from experienced attorneys in the field.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

　　Assist with estate and trust administration, including asset gathering, creditor notification, accountings, and distributions.

　　Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex trusts and estate law issues.

　　Meet with clients and attend court hearings as needed.

　　Collaborate with partners and senior associates on cases.

　　Stay up-to-date on current developments in trust and estate law.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

　　California Bar license.

　　Excellent writing skills.

　　1-2 years of experience in trust and estate law preferred, but not required.

　　Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Proficiency in legal research and writing software.
