Our client, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Department supporting Team.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
What’s the Job?
Perform battery replacement for restroom faucets, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, etc.
Weekly filling of drain traps with water and application of anti-microbial disinfectant.
Plunge toilets and sinks as needed.
Support events set-ups, conference room setups, and special projects.
Change monitor arms on desks in the facility and set up desks.
Hang up PPE containers and manage water coolers.
Conduct ceiling tile inspections and replace tiles as needed.
Inspect and replace light bulbs as directed.
Spackle, patch, and paint as needed.
Pressure wash dock area as required.
Manage poster and wall art, including hanging and addressing loose items.
Perform basement floor care monthly and as needed.
Replace seals on toilets/urinals and actuator heads.
Escort vendors around the facility as needed.
Uncrate and move new equipment for labs on the dock.
What’s Needed?
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable with a diverse array of daily responsibilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple teams daily.
High School Diploma is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills, including experience with SAP for requests/tickets.
Ideally, some previous knowledge in plumbing.
