　　Key responsibilities

　　Analyze and summarize legal documents

　　Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

　　Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

　　Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side Requirements - Detailed and have the ability work independently

　　Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

　　First-rate academic credentials and references

　　Adeptness in Federal Government Contracts

　　Contracts experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Government compliance

　　Experience with Redlining

　　Deep understanding of commercial law

　　Expertise in Commercial Contracts

　　Solid understanding of corporate law

　　Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience

　　Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills
