Description
We are partnering with a busy boutique litigation firm located in Minneapolis to find their newest Senior Associate.
The Senior Associate Attorney will be supporting current work matters, bringing their extensive experience to enhance the litigation team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment, is comfortable handling a diverse range of civil litigation cases, and is willing to be assigned work rather than needing to come in with a book of business.
Case Management:
Take ownership of assigned litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Courtroom Representation:
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
Effectively communicate legal arguments.
Client Interaction:
Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and concerns.
Specialized Areas:
Handle cases in specialized areas such as construction litigation, insurance disputes, banking, finance, and business law related to construction.Legal Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents.
Conduct thorough legal research to strengthen case arguments.

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the MN state bar and in good standing.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on construction, insurance disputes, banking, finance, and business law related to construction.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters independently.
Demonstrated success in courtroom representation. First chaired trials.
Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
