　　The IT Infrastructure Manager reports to the IT & Security Director and leads Group14’s IT infrastructure efforts, including local/wide-area networking and local/cloud platforms. The Infrastructure Manager will conduct the efforts of the Infrastructure Engineering team, working closely with stakeholders to design and maintain networks, establish local and cloud platforms, deploy resources for business units, and partner with teams like Information Security & GRC to ensure Group14’s security, privacy, and compliance.

　　WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

　　-Designing comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, from local networks to cloud platforms.

　　-Evaluate short and long-term strategic plans to ensure IT grows at pace with Group14.

　　-Author and own infrastructure-related procedures, policies and training, including change management, disaster recovery, etc.

　　-Prioritize the team’s backlog, projects, and tasks in collaboration with stakeholders, consumers, and partners.

　　-Continuously evaluate areas for improvement and optimization in partnership with Applications & Integrations, Information Security, IT Support, and others.

　　WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

　　-A demonstrated ability to build and lead small and scrappy teams.

　　-Both thought leadership on and hands-on experience with core IT infrastructure functions, e.g. networking, virtualization, CI/CD, config and change management.

　　-Working knowledge of NIST, ISO frameworks.

　　-Expertise in designing disaster recovery & business continuity practices.

　　OTHER QUALITIES WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE :

　　-Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks, Aruba Networks, Infoblox, Okta (Advanced Server Access).

　　-Awareness of industrial/operational technology, handoff with information technology, and relevant hardening.

　　-Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Chef/Puppet, Nagios/Datadog.

　　The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
