　　Responsibilities

　　Assist with the cleaning and stocking of assigned area.

　　Facilitate and assist with the admission and discharge process of patients, including transporting patient belongings, arranging patient transportation, and completing all necessary documentation.

　　Clean patient room and other assigned areas daily.

　　Perform daily inventory to ensure clean linen and supplies are accurately stocked for distribution.

　　Maintain carts and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate area when finished.

　　Assist the OR team and environmental services with operating room turnover activities.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

　　*Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
