Responsibilities

Resource Management: Efficiently manage labor, equipment, materials, and other project requirements.

Progress Monitoring: Keep stakeholders informed by providing regular updates on project activities.

Budget Oversight: Track project costs meticulously, handling everything from invoices to changes in scope.

Client Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to provide effective solutions and resolve conflicts.

Documentation: Analyze plans and prepare quotes, purchase orders, and other essential project documents.

Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.

Installation Oversight: Coordinate the installation of equipment on construction sites, ensuring smooth operations.

Project Close-out: Assist with finalizing projects, including billing, record updates, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in food service or construction.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Auto Quotes is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate design requirements effectively.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges effectively.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations clearly.

Self-Motivation: Highly driven with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Integrity: Possess integrity, ethical character, and a commitment to delivering quality results.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform job duties, including occasional work on active construction sites.

Working Conditions:

Office Environment: Primarily office-based work with occasional telework.

Construction Sites: May require work on active construction sites, with exposure to typical hazards.

Flexible Hours: Core hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet project needs.

Travel: Local and out-of-town travel required based on business needs.
