　　In the first 60 days you can expect to participate in a robust trainingprogram of on the job and computer-based training.You will be joining a team of highly motivated and knowledgeable individuals.Triage and prepare new business accounts for Underwriters.Underwrite and price new and renewal business under guidance from anUnderwriter.Support growing producer relationships within assigned region.Provide ongoing customer service and problem solving to producer offices.

　　Support the team's goals for production by quoting renewals and triaging newbusiness accounts.Underwrite and price accounts in accordance with ICAT's underwritingstandards.Demonstrate a proficient understanding of ICAT's forms, endorsements,and rating methodology.Support the team during peak times through policy issuance, endorsementprocessing, and reviewing and approving inspection findings andrecommendationsBuild and maintain strong business relationships with producer offices.

　　What you need to have:

　　1+ years of underwriting support experience within commercial property orpersonal lines insurance or financial services industriesAnalytical aptitude; critical thinkingStrong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word,Excel, and Outlook.
