　　Job Title: Software Engineer, Associate

　　Job Duties: Move, Inc. is seeking Software Engineer, Associate(s) for its Austin, TX office. This position will be responsible for software design, analysis, and programming to create innovative solutions. In addition, this position will manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

　　Job responsibilities and duties include: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. Observe and extend our products and operational visibility. Write high quality code in the following languages: Python, Javascript, SQL. Alchemy, PostgreSQL within Flask, React frameworks. Work on event-driven communication services (Emails, Calls, SMS) Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture. Work on migration and deconstruction of the monolith. Work with product managers and analytics/data science team to implement multiple A/B testing experiments and apply various treatments to consumer data. Apply in-depth understanding of databases and data-driven algorithms to solve complex business problems. Apply understanding of how ML models are used in real-life problems to drive high throughput. This position has no direct reports and does not supervise the work of any other employees.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Applications or any related Engineering or IT field of study, plus at least six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).

　　Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following:

　　Software development experience coding in a general-purpose programming language. Coding experience in one of the following programming languages: Python, C, C++, Java, or Javascript. Demonstrated experience working with Data Structures or Algorithms such as data structures /algorithms class, or open-source hobby coding. Demonstrated experience with machine learning, information retrieval, networking, and developing large software systems.

　　No travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available; must be able to work in office 3 days per week.
