We are seeking an Associate Scientist, Flow Cytometry to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Marietta, GA.

　　As an Associate Scientist in Laboratory Operations specializing in Flow Cytometry, you play a critical role in conducting routine and complex tests that drive our research in clinical trials. Your work is at the heart of our promise to improve patient health around the world.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　· Executing and documenting analytical procedures with precision, in line with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.

　　· Analyzing data meticulously to confirm procedures are within expectations, noting any deviations, and reporting anomalies.

　　· Assisting in crucial quality control processes, from investigations to resolutions, contributing to our high standard of scientific inquiry.

　　· Supporting lab efficiency through various tasks, including solution preparation, procedure reviews, staff training, and equipment maintenance.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　· Bachelor's Degree required, with preference for chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.

　　· Minimum of 6 months of experience within a regulated laboratory environment.

　　· Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

　　The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:

　　· Ability to stand on your feet for an extended amount of time and lift up to 30 lbs.

　　· Familiarity with technical operations, particularly flow cytometry.

　　· Adherence to GLP and other regulatory standards, showcasing your commitment to maintaining the highest quality of laboratory practices.

　　· Experience with specialized lab equipment, with an emphasis on flow cytometry systems, demonstrating your capability in handling complex technologies.

　　· Excellent collaboration and communication skills, emphasizing your role as a valuable team player in a multifaceted environment.

　　Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures

　　The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $48,900.00 - $73,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
