　　We have an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Manager! A property manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of real estate properties. Their primary goal is to ensure that the properties under their management are well-maintained, financially sound, and meet the needs of both owners and tenants. Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple, exciting projects? Then we have a great position for you!

　　Responsibilities

　　Aid in preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports

　　Meet with prospective tenants to discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership

　　Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs

　　Arrange insurance requirements

　　Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts

　　Provide administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

　　Gather monthly rent and fees

　　Requirements

　　Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary

　　-Must have experience in Leasing or Property Management

　　-Administrative Background

　　Proven customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills

　　Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
