CBS Mornings is seeking a hard-working, creative, and enterprising overnight Associate Producer with proven writing experience and strong research abilities! This person will have a firm command of journalistic standards, a keen attention to detail, and excellent newsgathering skills. They must also be calm and efficient during breaking news and a collaborative member of the newsroom. This role is responsible for producing day-of-air packages and correspondent two-ways. The ideal candidate will have experience working with correspondents on daily output. They must also have a mastery of conceptualizing graphics and creative scripting that works for both television and digital.

　　Skills/Experience:

　　At least 3 years TV news experience

　　Strong editorial judgement and strong writing skills

　　Ability to prepare copy and packages for air

　　Experience crafting and building graphics

　　Understanding of newsgathering and transmission technology

　　Exercise editorial judgment and pitch late breaking developments

　　Must be willing and able to work a Sunday through Thursday overnight schedule

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Experience working directly with correspondents

　　Shown interest in politics

　　Familiarity producing across platforms
