  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Manager, Field HR - 25601DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Associate Manager, Field HR, youwill be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services andsupport to Headquarters. Key responsibilities are focused on talentacquisition and development, implementing HR tools and processes,supporting initiatives that drive engagement and enablement, andsupporting key HR activities such as employee relations, performancemanagement, recruitment, compensation and benefits. The successfulcandidate for the Associate Manager, Field HR position will be aself-starter, who leads courageously, values partnership, and is actionoriented. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support leaders and employees at alllevels in a wide range of HR activities * Provide counsel to employeesat all levels in accordance with the company\'s policies and proceduresand assure consistent interpretation and application of polices,regulations and laws * Provide counseling and guidance to managers incases of performance management and/or disciplinary issues, includinginvestigations, preparing appropriate documentation and developingperformance improvement plans * Administer and consult with clients onpolicies, procedures and employee leaves * Support talent calibrationmeetings and report results, in line with the standard process anddelivery expectations (i.e. succession & development, performancemanagement, merit) * Support the development and implementation ofstrategies/processes/organization designs that integrate people withbusiness needs/objectives * Maintain and develop new capabilities,systems, processes, and training to address key business issues relatedto effective people management * Work with clients to review criticalHR areas of staffing, performance management, and professionaldevelopment and design and implement specific plans to achieve goals *Provide HR systems and transactional support in Workday * Staffingprocess: work with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to find thebest candidates for open positions * Managing annual surveys andreporting including EEO reporting, opinion surveys etc., as well as adhoc data requests * Accurately track and record talent information *On-boarding and off-boarding: Partner with managers and employees onhiring and termination, to ensure compliance and thorough review ofprocesses * Oversees the performance management process and reviews andadvises management regarding corrective action to improve performanceand recognition to motivate exceptional performers. * Helps driveproductivity and performance, using HR systems and analytics tounderstand business issues, trends and recommended course correction.Includes disposition of key metrics, projected budget outlook, employeerelations issues, reasons for labor turnover, etc. BENEFITS AND PERKS SCJohnson\'s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.In addition to salary, total packages may include bonuses, long-termincentives, matching 401(k) contributions and profit sharing based oncompany profitability, job level and years of service.
