Position Overview As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Associate Finance Operations Product Analyst provides expertise for a suite of Cash Management products, supports assigned systems, executes operational transactions, supports clients on multiple operational systems and products and participates in departmental projects. Duties include: Provides product expertise and support for our Cash Management suite of products including Concur Expense and Invoice, MasterCard T & E and Disbursement Cards, PrePaid Cards, ACH, Credit Line, FCM, and Remote Payment Capture Researches and resolves issues with all Cash Management products Determines if there are problems that need to be documented and corrected Assists in the management of assigned departmental projects by: Understanding and adhering to project scope and timelines Keeping project team members, vendors and others on track in order to deliver expected project results Identifies and recommends projects and process improvement opportunities Tests system enhancements, problems and upgrades Compiles and analyzes a range of financial data and statistics on a monthly and quarterly basis, and prepares summary reports Maintains assigned system(s) by adding/deleting users and modifying system(s) to accommodate client needs for our products and correspondent banks Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field 1 - 3years' related experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Knowledge Intermediate knowledge of operational products and services Intermediate knowledge of cash management payment processes and procedures Basic knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, practices and methods Skills Intermediate proficiency in office software Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate proficiency in data query tools Basic proficiency in cash management/payment/product systems AgriBank will not sponsor a work visa (e.g., H1B, etc.) to fill this position.
