Make a Difference
The Associate Epic Analyst will be a knowledgeable authority for their primary areas of responsibility and provide support to other teams and Community Health Network end users as appropriate. Consistently demonstrate effective communication and team building skills. Responsibilities/tasks may include system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance and support related activities.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward application building.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Associate degree in information technology, or a healthcare related field preferred.
· Previous healthcare of IT related experience preferred.
· Must obtain required Epic certification within four (4) months of hire.
· Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) preferred.
· Epic Willow Ambulatory certification preferred.
· Experience using Pharmacy software in the Specialty Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy setting preferred.
· Experience with Epic implementations preferred.
· Desire to evaluate, analyze, and optimize workflows.
· IT experience or interest in learning more about IT applications.
