PositionResponsibilities Analyze customer comments to identify website issues orrecommend enhancements. Analyze user activity, website metrics andbusiness trends. Research competitor websites to analyze enhancementsand industry trends. Document small to medium-sized websiteenhancements. Work with User Experience team to develop concepts thataddress website usability and best practices. Work closely with QualityAssurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements. Maintaindocumentation and perform reporting tasks. Minimum RequirementsBachelor\'s degree. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis onAccess and Excel. Excellent communication, problem-solving andpresentation skills. Hardworking and enthusiastic personality with apassion for technology. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
