About Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing - Head & Neck Cancers

  Job Description

  We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing - Head & Neck Cancers. The position will report to the US Oncology Marketing Leader for Head & Neck Cancers. This role will focus on planning for future launches, while helping to drive the current business for head and neck cancers. The role will require outstanding leadership in several areas including strategy development and evolution, problem solving, collaboration, and precision execution.

  To ensure a robust marketing experience, with broad skill/competency development over time, this position is designed to be flexible and may focus on any aspect of marketing over time, based on the business needs and/or the capabilities and developmental needs of the team. The initial focus of the role is outlined below, but the role could include or shift to other aspects of marketing in the future.

  Initial responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following areas focused on future launches:

  Overall market and Healthcare provider strategy development. Head & Neck portfolio strategy. Market Research lead. Competitive strategy and landscape analysis. Budget Management Key collaboration point responsibilities specific to quantitative sciences, digital innovation and specific remote engagement capabilities.

  Minimum Education required:

  Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business fundamentals, marketing and launch excellence competencies.

  Required experience and skills:

  5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills. Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities. Ability to clearly articulate strategic choices, opportunities, and risks. Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams. Actively seeks diverse perspectives and embodies an inclusive approach to all work Requires up to 25% travel, including some weekends.

  Preferred experience and skills:

  2+ years of pharmaceutical/oncology marketing experience. Healthcare Provider promotion experience and experience bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review. Direct customer experience (sales, sales leadership, etc.). Experience leading development of strategic/tactical plans and budget management. Product launch experience Ability to navigate ambiguity, working outside existing processes or structures. Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation. Ability to focus on patient and customer experience, while achieving business priorities. Committed to applying agile values, principles, and practices. Committed to delivering high quality work consistent with our company's policies and compliance guidance.

  Position location: Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid work model) or Remote
