ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Associate Director, Product Strategy will tackle the most hotly debated topics within our Product organization. They will partner closely with Product, Insights and Technology leaders to identify the 'dogs not barking' in our organization, and come up with creative, product-driven solutions to solve them. The Associate Director, Product Strategy will work across both Creator and Consumer domains to shape our long-term product roadmap. They will dive deep with leaders across multiple product areas to define customer problems and refine product-driven solutions.

You are an exceptional communicator with a knack for making complex data simple and evangelizing and inspiring people at all levels of the organization.
As an Associate Director, Product Strategy, you will...
- Partner with product, design and technology teams to source and assess long-term business and innovation opportunities
- Identify and articulate problems to be solved in service of improving the customer experience
- Collaborate with Insights, Data Science and Finance leaders to analyze existing data, define and fill data gaps, and calculate ROI and P&L impact for strategic product initiatives
- Work with product, design and technology partners to craft solutions with supporting narratives and roadmap recommendations
- Develop decisive, data-driven recommendations into presentation-ready deliverables for senior leaders and facilitate decision making around tradeoffs, align senior product leaders on outcomes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical or related field
- 5+ years of experience with a combination of consulting, strategy, operations and/or product management roles
- 1+ year in a media or gaming organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- Ability to think creatively and execute on a roadmap while building consensus and momentum
- Proven experience rallying and bringing together varying functional teams, getting buy-in on hotly debated topics
- Can provide information to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike and guide them to confidently informed decisions
- Direct experience working with engineering teams
- MBA
