Job Description
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, the PMX Central Activation team has added a new arm dedicated specifically to PMX Lift and servicing our agencies via activating ATV campaigns on their behalf.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated AD of Measurement and Analytics, to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Must haves for this role include a proven track record and comfortability in a client facing role, a deep understanding of the advanced TV and video ecosystems, along with an expertise in audience based buying. An entrepreneurial spirit, and a humble and hardworking attitude are also required.
Responsibilities
Reports to VP Measurement & Analytics, PMX Lift
Engagement with key client and agency data and analytics teams – a strong enthusiasm for client facing engagements, and an ability to package and present campaign results
Technical knowledge of advanced TV and its outputs; an ability to understand client business goals and tie outcomes to campaign activity
Technical knowledge of advanced attribution measurement such as attitudinal studies, foot traffic, transactional, etc
Partnership with Activation team to compile and analyze post campaign reporting data
Participation in campaign planning and feasibility analysis for reach/frequency measusrement as well as advanced attribution measurement
Delivery of presentations that highlight relevant results and proposed actions
Participation in measurement projects and evolution of products
Great collaborator: key stakeholder across Central Activation, agency leads, Epsilon product
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT
Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
Good understanding of Traditional and digital media data
Experience with process building/workflow documentation
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, high attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and taking initiative on projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
