Associate Director, Marketing - Healthcare Professional (HCP) / Customer Adult (age 19-45) Strategy Lead
The Associate Director, Adult (age 19-45) Healthcare Provider (HCP) Marketing lead is responsible for aligning to the Customer Agile Team (CAT) product owner and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive HCP/customer engagement, education and utilization in support of the team and our Company's objectives.
This role requires an understanding of the healthcare market, the U.S. vaccines market, HCP customer approach, precision-marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies: with a diverse cross-functional team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and customers in the U.S. market.Customer research and insights: Define and set market research objectives and data analyses while working with cross-functional teams to identify customer and market trends and insights. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.Digital marketing: Work closely with teammates on the marketing teams (Prioritization and Allocation Group "P&AG", Customer Agile Team "CAT") to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage and educate HCPs, utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing to reach and engage the target audience.Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, market research, analytics, digital engagement teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. As a job owner, work with promotion review team to seek guidance and secure approval for marketing content.Collaborate with agencies and other external support teams: Work closely with a wide range of agencies and partners to help build insights, develop and test different concepts with the plan of executing go-to-market strategies.Budget management: Develop and manage elements of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximizing returns on investment.Performance tracking and analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.Compliance and regulatory guidelines: Ensure all individual efforts and marketing activities are compliant with industry and regulatory guidelines, as well as our Company policies, standards, and norms.

Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
Required: BA/BSPreferred: MBA or Equivalent
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing-related, sales or a in a customer-focused role.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer behavior and market trends.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in pharmaceutical or related industries.Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines in the healthcare industry, especially with Direct-to-Consumer Marketing.Familiarity with the agile marketing process.
