JOB SUMMARY:
We seek an experienced and visionary Associate Creative Manager to oversee our brand's visual, digital and interactive assets. As an integral part of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a cohesive look and feel for our campaigns, guiding the creative process, and providing art direction to our graphic designers. Your responsibilities will include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects, and generating fresh creative visuals that enhance our overall brand identity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Advanced Multimedia Expertise: Exhibit advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of multimedia design principles.Branding and Identity Design: Craft and oversee branding strategies to ensure a strong and consistent brand identity across all materials.Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction within brand guidelines, collaborating with designers to develop innovative graphics.Diverse Media Utilization: Create compelling visuals with various media and graphic design software.Web and UX Design: Demonstrate expertise in web design, UX design, and responsive design to enhance user experiences.Digital Asset Creation: Generate digital assets for other teams, leveraging tools like Canva.Content Creation: Produce digital ads, brochures, banners, graphics, illustrations, infographics, and signage to support marketing initiatives.Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency throughout various marketing projects to strengthen our brand identity.Usability and Testing: To optimize designs, conduct usability testing and metrics analysis, including A/B testing.Industry Awareness: To incorporate innovative design concepts and stay current with industry developments and trends.QualificationsCore Competencies:

Hold a degree (bachelors degree preferred) in design or a related field or possess equivalent practical experience.Multimedia Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.Creative Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio of creative work.User Experience: Convey user experience principles and design strategy effectively to stakeholders.Marketing Experience: At least five years of business-to-business technical product marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization and global environment.Deadline-oriented: Adapt to a fast-paced business environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Marketo Experience: Familiarity with Marketo templates and landing pages is a plus.Bonus Skills: Experience in photography, animation, or video is a valuable bonus.Physical/Environmental Requirements:PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
