Role Summary:
The role of an Associate Consultant (AC) is a critical element to any project. You will be supporting Consultants, Sr Consultants, and managers and upwards to deliver quality reports and add value to the project work.
The role requires supporting product designing and enhancing CI Dashboards & landscapes to synthesize and visualize key information enabling business decisions.
Provide support in developing real-time reports with actionable insights on competitors and industry dynamics.
Contribute to formulating a technology transformation approach to key business problems to ensure recurrent tasks are automated fully and accurately.
The role will also require co-ordination within the team to drive and implement transformation ideas for ad-hoc requests with help of team members.
Prior experience of handling/supporting CI projects such as landscapes, launch estimates would be preferable.
Responsibilities:
Provide transformation support to projects in the areas of competitor monitoring, pipeline research, treatment landscapes, trial analysis, conference coverage, market assessments, IR coverages, company/ asset profiling, therapy area newsletters etc.
Participate by listening into client calls or other project briefings to understand the objective of the projects
Working closely with Consultants and Sr. Consultants manager and upwards in adding value through automation and visualization technologies
Progressively elevate the ability to judge the relevancy of data to the project and develop meaningful insights
Required Knowledge and Skills
Graduation in MBBS/MD/BDS/Pharma/Biotechnology, or advanced degree in oncology/life sciences (PhD). A certification/diploma in product designing would be a plus.
2-4 years of supporting pharmaceutical competitive intelligence projects with at least 1 year of experience in supporting product designs for dashboard & visualizations
Good understanding of pharmaceutical business from commercial and clinical development perspectives, of global pharmaceutical environment and challenges to understand the user journeys
Ability to understand and draft design briefs, take part in multi-disciplinary meetings
Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and design tools
Good comprehension ability, impeccable attention to detail and QC abilities
Ability to think critically, work independently and follow instructions
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a hybrid mode
Good organizational, time management and priority setting skills, and the flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal English skills
