　　Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking an Associate Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

　　We are a group comprised of high performing teams who meet in-person and virtually to learn, collaborate and meet clients needs. This is a hybrid role, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely for some portion of the work week.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for accurately reviewing financial documents, emails, and sites as well as entering data into a tracking database.

　　Demonstrate the ability to learning new software applications with relative ease.

　　Communicate directly with internal associates as well as internal departments.

　　Collaborate with the team, while also managing your own workload.

　　Maintain a high level of productivity and quality while adhering to strict deadlines.

　　Utilize great time management skills and accuracy to handle extremely high seasonal volumes.

　　Qualifications:

　　Strong client services background.

　　Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills.

　　Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of Word and Access and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

　　Excellent ability to multi-task and time management.

　　Proactive approach to workload management and team collaboration.

　　Salary range $23.00 - $25.00/hourly. Bonus Eligible.

　　Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
