Background & Purpose of the Job
As the Associate Brand Portfolio Value Creation Manager for North America Beauty & Wellbeing, you will be instrumental in the divisions ability to launch value creation projects to market on-time to transform the profitability of the business, enabling further investment behind the portfolio of brands to accelerate brand growth. The Associate Brand Portfolio Value Creation Manager will help land key transformational projects for the business unit and serve as a project manager, leading strategic projects that unlock value through cost and complexity reduction, working in partnership with Brand, R&D, CS&P, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. The role also includes leadership responsibility for US and CA country docking as well as managing the North America Investor Board where brand innovation planning and gate keeping occurs.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do across the 3 Pillars of the Role:
Brand Portfolio Value Creation:
Lead Brand Portfolio Value Creation project plans from Idea/Explore through to Execution in partnership with the strategic planning lead. This is achieved through helping to scope the project, defining activities and timings required to ensure capability is in place, and then following up on these timings throughout the project.
Prepare documents, business cases and decision papers as inputs into the Value Creation Project Management process for all assigned projects, working closely with extended brand marketing teams.
Own weekly project meetings and manage in partnership with the Strategic Planning lead networks for assigned projects to ensure “on time in full” delivery (new capability/product & projected value).
Help build the savings funnel by uncovering insights, ideating areas of opportunity for value creation and helping lead quarterly workshops.
US and Canda Country Docking:
Serve as lead/key point of contact within Canada B&W team, responsible for both value creation projects and innovation docking between the CA business and NA Business Unit.
Own Canada Value Creation savings project funnel as well as represent the country in key business unit meetings including monthly transformation meeting and investor boards.
Manage North America Investor Boards:
Manage B&W North America Investor Boards, helping to coordinate the monthly Innovation Gate Keeping program.
Build and Implement tools and governance to unlock speed and greater innovation delivery for brand marketing teams within the Investor Boards

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management, with 3-5 years of experience in project management, product development and marketing operations.
US & Canada Beauty and Personal Care category experience preferred
Strong Analytical Skillset and experience analyzing datasets to uncover insights
Outstanding project management and collaborative skills working with cross functional partners.
Experience working through the Innoflex Innovation Gate Keeping process
Comfortable using data throughout aspects of the role, turning insights into strategic thinking and ideas
Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
