　　YOUR ROLE

　　The role of the Associate Brand Manager is to impact decisions and execution of brand marketing and commercial programs

　　The Associate Brand Manger will analyze the business performance and help shape brand direction by anticipating competition and market trends and translating consumer attitudes into actions

　　Works extensively with cross functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.) to bring progress to life.

　　Contribute to the achievement of P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets, including budget management

　　Assist Brand Manager in developing and conducting business analysis for business plan, marketing program, and commercial program shopper marketing

　　YOUR SKILLS

　　Bachelor's Degree in related field; MBA preferred (Associate level)

　　2-5 years of related experience, in consumer products marketing or sales preferred; demonstrated leadership ability

　　Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills Project Management experience a plus.

　　Ability to balance multiple objects and prioritize accordingly; solid analytical skills design innovation brand development & building

　　The salary for this role is $94,500.00-$130,000.00,. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
