Responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized mannerMaintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetingsMonitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possibleMaintain and update distribution and contact listsOrganize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copyDaily interaction with all Functional TeamsMaintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basisAbility to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situationsAdminister specific applications/time bound processes to include specific SME tasks (AP, CETS, CTS, ESC, ERT, FFP, Kronos/SAP Master files, Respond & Recover) in an accurate and timely mannerCapable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or macrosWork on special projects as necessary

Qualifications
2+ years' experience Admin Support Consumer Goods CompanyBachelor Degree preferredDetailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, ExcelAbility to become proficient in multiple IT applicationsExperience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgencyOutstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Discretion with sensitive informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequires creative thinking and problem-solving skillsRespects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justiceManage customer disputesGeneral Ledger coding
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,300 - $53,150 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
