　　What you'll do

　　Provide administrative support to the Managing Director

　　Organize internal meetings and events

　　Organize and coordinate onsite meetings with customers from all over the world

　　Place orders and maintain a good relationship with local vendors

　　Be point of contact for local leaders and internal departments

　　Provide support to operations team

　　What you bring

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional in-person presence

　　Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and an eye for detail

　　Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

　　Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred

　　Fluent written and spoken English (Czech as advantage)

　　1 years working experience in administration (in a similar position beneficial)
