　　Job DetailsDescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

　　Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities;Scheduling employees for shifts;Resolving store issues including customer concerns;Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements;Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise;Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; andMonitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

　　High School Diploma or GED required; andSuccessful completion of required certification testing upon employment.Experience

　　One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
