  Overview JBT Diversified Food & Health is a prime solutions and equipment provider within the fruit and vegetable industry segment. From preparation to preservation, conveying and packaging, our comprehensive range of technologies captures the freshness, taste, texture, appearance and nutritional value of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! Responsibilities Responsible for profitable sales growth and managing the company’s relationships and dealings with customers in assigned territory. Responsible for understanding the customers’ needs, ensuring proposals are succinct, and ensuring what has been sold is clearly communicated into project management and production for fulfillment. Being proactive in knowing all existing and potential new customers in assigned territory. Defining and implementing an effective call plan to ensure coverage to all existing as well as potential new customers. Coordinating Team Selling when expertise from Product Specialist, Process Control Experts or others in the organization can help to add value when formulating solutions for our customers. Follow-up on all Project quotations and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions and/or changes in assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth. Proactively developing process knowledge in the blending, handling, seaming, and filling of customer’s products. Gain superior product knowledge of all products we sell in the areas of Blending, Filling, Seamers, and Handling. Be responsible for following all Bevcorp safety policies as well as any customer policies as it pertains to facilities that you visit. Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy. Assists with collections attempts, when necessary, as determined by the accounting department. Participates in kick-off, hand-off, and other production meetings as required. Serve of point of contact for all communication between Bevcorp and customer. Be responsible as Key Account Manager for one large Customer base and communicate their needs internally to Bevcorp Qualifications Proficient in sales methodologies and territory management. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technical undergraduate degree preferred or comparable job experience. Minimum of three years of experience in beverage blending and filling or directly related field Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with individuals and in teams. Must be comfortable communicating both formally and informally within all levels of internal and customer organizations. Able to focus on delivering products, engineered solutions and services in a way that enhances / maximizes profitability; while ensuring value to the customer. Able to understand and analyze a wide range of industrial blending, seamer, handling, and filling processes so as to create unique technical based solution that are intended to optimize the process and/or improve safety and reliability and ultimately provide recognized value to our customers. Must be self-directed and have the desire to take on new challenges without being prompted and exhibit a strong work ethic. Need to have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to infuse that in others. Must be able to deliver high quality products and solutions to our customers in a professional and timely manner.
