Assistant Project Manager

　　Job Description:

　　Our client is a general contractor who specializes in aviation, schools, educational, commercial, government, hotel and hospitality as well as tenant fit outs and interior renovation. Their project management experience includes construction management/GMP projects, fast track tenant build-outs, interior renovations, design build and base building projects. They are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for assisting in the construction of various contracts within our clients portfolio.

　　This individuals responsibilities will include the following:

　　Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

　　Assist with projects from bid to award to completion (ranging from $100k-$10M)

　　Help manage the RFI and submittal process

　　Assist with project schedules

　　Assist with change order reviews, processing and negotiating

　　Assist with Budget creation and tracking

　　Assist with Marketing and business development

　　Managing 2-3+ projects at a time

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　2-5 years of assistant project management experience in General contracting

　　Commercial interior construction experience with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, know how to bid jobs, ability to manage 2-3 projects at a time (1 main project while closing one and bidding one or two)

　　Experience working on both interiors projects & new construction
