Assistant Project Manager

　　Our client is looking to add a Assistant Project Manager to their team. The project manager will be responsible for managing several small-medium size tenant interior renovation projects at a time. Projects will range from $250k-3million.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　-Communicating daily with the superintendent, project assistant as well as building owner over the phone, as well as through text and email.

　　-Soliciting bids from sub-contractors as well as assisting in the preparation of estimates and proposals.

　　-Managing project finances and cost accounting utilizing one of the standard construction softwares.

　　-maintaining the project budget and ensure it is met.

　　-Establishing and maintaining relationships with other construction and real estate professionals with focus on business development.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project teams.

　　Experience working with creating and managing construction documents including: RFI, Submittals, Change Orders, Blueprints etc.
