Actalent is looking for a Assistant Project Manager

　　Description:

　　Our client is a general contractor who specializes in aviation, schools, educational, commercial, government, hotel and hospitality as well as tenant fit outs and interior renovation. Their project management experience includes construction management/GMP projects, fast track tenant build-outs, interior renovations, design build and base building projects. They are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and directing the construction of various contracts within our clients portfolio. This individuals responsibilities will include the following:

　　Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

　　Manage projects from bid to award to completion (ranging from $100k-$10M)

　　Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents

　　Manage the RFI and submittal process

　　Create project schedules

　　Bid new projects, scope reviews, coordinate with subcontractors for project estimates

　　change order reviews, processing and negotiating

　　Budget creation and tracking

　　Marketing and business development

　　Managing 2-3+ projects at a time

　　Skills:

　　Project, Manager, bid, construction, RFI, submittal, interior, commercial, scheduling, renovation, fit, out, project, management

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　2-5 years of assistant project management experience in General contracting

　　Commercial interior construction experience with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, know how to bid jobs, ability to manage 2-3 projects at a time (1 main project while closing one and bidding one or two)

　　Experience working on both interiors projects & new construction - Our client has an exciting & diverse project portfolio - so folks who are adaptable are critical
