Description
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a problem-solving and motivated human resources coordinator who is deeply passionate recruitment coordination. We were recently listed on Forbes’ “2023 Best Employers for Diversity” list, and we are looking for a self-starter to grow with us! The HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
How you will make an impact
· The primary role is to provide Candidate Applicant Resume Screening
· Effectively manage applicant pipelines of candidates under consideration for college-level full-time and internship positions
· Review resumes of incoming applicants to determine role eligibility based on minimum qualifications
· Compile qualified applicant pools to distribute candidates across all business units hiring college talent for further evaluation and interview
Requirements
What we're looking for
· At least one year of recruiting experience desired
· Must have technical knowledge to work within an Applicant Tracking System
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
· Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
